Earnest Elite Training Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Eligibility
Participants must complete a valid registration form to enroll in any Earnest Elite Training program, including AAU basketball, training sessions, or tryouts. All participants must meet age and eligibility requirements outlined for each program. False or incomplete information may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
2. Payment Terms
All program fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and approved online payment platforms. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy. Late payments may incur a fee or removal from programs until payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
- AAU Season Dues: Refunds are not provided once payment is processed.
- Training Sessions: Refunds are not available, but rescheduling is available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Tryouts: Refunds are not available, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Earnest Elite Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or events due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative dates or credits may be offered.
5. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and fellow athletes. Earnest Elite Training reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct.
6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Participation in sports and training involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, participants and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Earnest Elite, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence. Participants are responsible for their own insurance and medical care.
7. Media Release
By participating, you agree that Earnest Elite Training may use photos, videos, or other media of participants for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials. Requests to opt out of media use must be submitted in writing prior to program participation.
8. Program Changes
Earnest Elite Training reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, fees, and policies at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or the official website.
9. Website Use
Users agree to use the website responsibly and not engage in unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of content. All products and content on the site are the property of Earnest Elite Training and protected by copyright law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
11. Acknowledgment
By registering or purchasing services through Earnest Elite Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or participate in Earnest Elite Training programs.
