Program Overview

The Earnest Elite Track & Field Training Program is designed to develop speed, power, and precision in youth athletes ages 10–18. The program provides structured, progressive training in three key track and field events: Sprinting, Long Jump, and Triple Jump. Our mission is to help athletes build confidence, enhance performance, and establish a foundation for lifelong athletic success.


Training Objectives

  1. Develop Technical Skills – Focus on sprint mechanics, approach consistency, and takeoff/landing control.

  2. Improve Athleticism – Build strength, coordination, and mobility appropriate for each age level.

  3. Enhance Performance Mindset – Teach athletes to train with purpose, discipline, and self-awareness.

  4. Prevent Injury – Incorporate safe progressions, recovery education, and proper warm-up/cool-down routines.

                      10–12: Foundations

Movement skills, coordination, and fun-first exposure to event basics.

  • MaxV, speed endurance, and phase control
  • Advanced plyos & power lifts

Sprinting (100-400m)

Start mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, and speed endurance—built on posture, rhythm, and relaxation.

  • Blocks & first 10m: shin angles, projection
  • Top-speed posture: stiffness & vertical force
  • Speed endurance: flys, ins/outs, split runs

Long Jump

Consistency on the runway, explosive takeoff, and flight/landing mastery.

  • Approach rhythm & mid-mark checks
  • Penultimate & takeoff mechanics
  • Landing control to maximize distance

Triple Jump

Balanced hop–step–jump phases trained safely with progressive loading.

  • Phase distribution & posture control
