Athletes Will Learn:
Advanced offensive and defensive systems

Development Teams Include:
Weekly skill & team practices (2–3x per week)
Local league games & scrimmages

The Earnest Elite AAU Team represents the top level of our basketball program — a travel team built for serious athletes ready to showcase their skills against elite competition.
This team trains and competes with intensity, preparation, and purpose — providing exposure, experience, and growth opportunities for players pursuing high school varsity, prep, or collegiate basketball goals.
AAU Team Features:
Invite-only roster selection (tryouts required)
2–3 intense practices per week with advanced instruction
Performance tracking and video analysis
Leadership & college readiness development
The AAU Experience Includes:
Competing in high-profile regional and national tournaments
Exposure to scouts, coaches, and recruiters
High-level strategy sessions and film study
Physical and mental conditioning for elite performance
